Description
This is a new species/race I came up with in English class today. They are called the Zahnde (pronounced zan-day) and they typically grow to be about 3 and a half feet tall. They are a fun loving race but as a downside they are inherently tricksters. They love to play games even though at another's expense sometimes. Although they are habitually mirthful, when aroused, they make for a formidable opponent.
Sometimes a Zahnde may become attached to one of another race. Their ambiguity makes for a relationship between either males or females possible. As a companion, a Zahnde's mission or goal is to make their partner as joyful as they are and protect them so they can experience it. They wisdom is unfathomable and many times they will tell people random proverbs on their minds.
The sheen of their fur is an indicator to the power that radiates from their core, the horn's luster symbolizes age, and the gem above the eye is put on them by others of their race and the colour corresponds to the particular Zahnde's social status.
Oh, I forgot to mention that they don't have mouths so they speak telepathically.
